Sparring Fridays
TAM'S Taekwondo students are invited to competition sparring with headshots on selected Fridays at 2866 Pembina Hwy. Students must bring full sparring gear including mouth guard, taekwondo pants, TAM'S dri-fit or long sleeve, NO belt, and don't forget your water bottle.
